My journey into EU funding began with a passion for international cooperation. With a background in International Relations and years of experience coordinating youth exchanges across 30+ countries, I discovered that the most impactful projects are built on strong partnerships and strategic planning.
After leading over 200 international student exchanges and delivering training courses for youth workers from across Europe, I transitioned into professional project management. I earned my PMP certification and founded CAGE Projects to help SMEs, public institutions, and research organizations access EU funding opportunities.
Today, I combine hands-on project management expertise with deep knowledge of EU funding programmes—Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Erasmus+, and Interreg. Whether you're pursuing your first EU grant or managing a complex multi-partner consortium, I bring the strategic thinking and practical experience to help you succeed.

Leading the implementation of Turkey's agricultural European Digital Innovation Hub under the Digital Europe Programme. Coordinating a 9-partner consortium and serving as primary liaison with the European Commission to drive digital transformation in the agri-food sector.

İzmir Commodity Exchange / İTTM
Orchestrated the establishment of İzmir Agricultural Technology Center (İTTM) with Turkey's three largest banks as shareholders. Secured €3M+ in seed funding and led the Digital Irrigation Management project with international partners from Japan and the EU.
