Our Approach

As consortium leader, we coordinated an international research team spanning Japan, Turkey, and EU institutions to develop a state-of-the-art variable rate irrigation system. The project combined Japanese precision agriculture expertise with Turkish agricultural knowledge and European research methodologies. We managed complex cross-cultural collaboration, aligned research timelines, and ensured deliverables met both scientific standards and practical farmer needs.
