Background
Countries at the periphery of the European Union face unique challenges in their integration processes. Academic research on EU enlargement and neighborhood policy often lacks coordination across borders, limiting the policy impact of scholarly work and reducing opportunities for cross-national collaboration.
Our Approach
As Dissemination Coordinator for the LEAP Jean Monnet Network, we developed and executed a comprehensive communication strategy to maximize the project's reach and impact. This involved coordinating with academic partners across multiple countries, organizing dissemination events, managing digital communication channels, and ensuring research outputs reached both academic and policy audiences throughout Europe.
Impact & Results
The LEAP network successfully connected researchers and policymakers across Europe's periphery, producing influential publications and policy recommendations on EU integration. The dissemination activities reached thousands of stakeholders, contributing to informed debate on European neighborhood policy and enlargement processes.
